The Undergraduate Certificate of Screen Media is an exciting accredited, and fully FEE-HELP enabled higher education course that provides a foundational and introductory tertiary-level visual media qualification.

The Undergraduate Certificate of Screen Media provides pathways into further study or employment.

Upon completion of the course, you are eligible to gain direct entry into Trimester 2 of the Bachelor of Screen Media degree. The course provides you with 30 credit points of the 180 credit points required for the Bachelor of Screen Media qualification.

Alternatively, it will prepare you for entry-level and junior roles in the screen media and creative industries, covering visual storytelling, videography, camera operation, editing, sound design, to AI-enhanced creative production.

This course is designed to cover the fundamental skills and experiences needed in the exciting and fast-evolving world of screen media. You’ll learn from experts and start to build a range of practical, hands-on technical and creative skills. AI is integrated ethically and creatively to enhance both your creative production and theoretical learning, you’ll learn to use and experiment with these new tools and methods, and embrace change.

All applicants should complete and submit the Undergraduate Certificate of Screen Media Application Form. Applicants for the course are required to demonstrate appropriate levels of English language proficiency consistent with studying in tertiary education.

Domestic Students who are Australian Citizens may apply for FEE-HELP.

FEE-HELP is not available for international students. International Student tuition fees are paid up-front on a per-trimester basis.

When you accept your offer and complete your enrolment form, you also choose your tuition fee payment option.

FEE-HELP Tuition Fee Assistance

PSC is an approved FEE-HELP provider.

FEE-HELP is a government loan scheme that assists eligible fee-paying students with loans to pay all or part of their tuition fees. It cannot be used for additional study costs such as equipment and materials, accommodation, living expenses or other costs. It is available to Australian Citizens or holders of a permanent humanitarian visa who are enrolled in a higher education course.
