Erhan Tırlı is a Türk–Australian photographer with extensive professional experience across portraiture, documentary, and commercial photographic practice. His work has been exhibited nationally and is informed by a background in social work and psychology, contributing to a considered, research-led approach to image-making.

Erhan teaches first-year Diploma and Bachelor of Photography students, with a focus on foundational camera operation, exposure, and lighting principles, as well as constructed image-making. His teaching emphasises technical proficiency, professional photographic workflows, and critical image analysis. He has extensive experience mentoring emerging photographers and supports students in developing strong foundational skills and photographic confidence.
