Diploma in Photography and Photo Imaging

Diploma in Photography and Photo Imaging

The Diploma in Photography and Photo Imaging focuses on furthering your photographic development while refining your skills to either enter the photography industry or to prepare for further study. You will engage with current photographic trends, techniques and visual language to enhance the production of your images.

You continue to explore digital workflow, photographic technique, colour management and studio lighting as well as taking a more creative approach to your imagery. While working on a range of more industry specific assignments you also develop and produce a creative body of work reflecting your own style and vision. A further focus is working in the studio environment building on your lighting skills in preparation for industry.

Innovation is a key area to your photographic development in the course and this is explored further. You also engage with how changing technologies influence the publishing of photographic imagery including video and moving image content.

During COVID all PSC courses are being taught via our 'remote learning model', which features the usual benefits of our face-to-face real-time learning, but in the comfort of your home via Zoom. TAKING MID-YEAR ENROLMENTS NOW!
