PSC is a dual sector provider offering both Degree and Advanced Diploma courses. Both have been developed with the specialised know how that comes from 40 years as an innovative and experienced photographic educator.
The unique Bachelor of Photography degree course has a focus on creative practice, inquiry and reflection. It is informed by contemporary practice and theory, critical dialogue, career outcomes and engagement with the meaning of photography.
The Advanced Diploma of Photography course ensures that the technical and conceptual skill set necessary for professional practice are built on comprehensively, from foundation to professional level.
With a total student population of around 300 – 130 of which are Higher Education students – PSC students benefit from an intimate creative learning environment and the high quality industry specific facilities. PSC facilities include the professional photography studios, a state of the art digital imaging and printing centre, the information resource hub and continual exhibition spaces.
