Full time
The full time program is delivered over three years, culminating in the Advanced Diploma of Photography qualification. The broad structure of the course enables students to explore photojournalism, commercial, art photography in the first and second years, before deciding on their choice of major in the final year. This provides students with flexibility, time and opportunity, to develop their own style and direction. The course structure, particularly in the final year, creates an environment that mirrors the industry and consistently challenges students to measure themselves against current practice and standards.
Students learn in a small, intimate and friendly environment promoting participation, discussion and feedback. Through the uniquely structured tutorial and workshop classes, students receive attention and support to develop and refine their visual, critical and aesthetic skills, so important in a creative profession such as photography.
