There are many events which focus on photojournalism held in Australia and overseas throughout the year.  Many eminent photojournalists are gaining exposure through retrospective exhibitions. Much of this work highlights the shift from ‘traditional’ photojournalism to photojournalism as it is emerging in todays more instantaneous news cycle and emerging visual journalism.
