To undertake the part time course you will need your own 35mm digital SLR camera. This is your creative tool and it will be of primary importance throughout the course. The Student Relations Officer has further camera information available when you attend your appointment at the College.

You should however, at all time be aware of the rapid rate of technological change in the photography industry and the impact this will have on equipment and material requirements as you progress through the course.

As a student at PSC you will find an impressive and extensive range of specialised facilities including a professionally equipped studio, with large format cameras, lighting gear and a variety of multi purpose work areas. Also, there is a large digital imaging facility with a number of input and output options.
