| Creative 35mm SLR Photography You will need your own 35mm digital SLR camera for this course. This 20 week semester concentrates on developing a strong visual awareness — what is often referred to as a person’s ‘visual literacy’. It is here that the foundation for your visual and creative development is laid. It is an exciting and inspirational semester where you will have the opportunity to progress through camera techniques and aesthetics of colour photography, to aspects of composition, design and techniques to aid photographic expression. At the culmination of this semester, you will have compiled a folio of images, covering an extensive range of genres.
